Refunds Policy

Refunds Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and all tags remain attached. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@aligneweightedvests.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment.

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Orders are typically delivered within 8–14 business days from the time your order is dispatched.
